Maties' Open day a huge success!
Our popular Open Day, where prospective students can get information on everything they need to know to study at the University, was held on Friday 30 July.
At the Open Day Grade 11 and 12 learners and their parents could browse through more than 90 stalls in the University's Student Centre (the Neelsie ), talk to staff members, gather information and experience programme and subject contents firsthand. Additional at this year's Open Day were short and informative presentations by the various faculties and the Centre for Prospective Students. Learners also had the opportunity to go on campus tours and visit the various residences.
The Open Day is held yearly to assist learners in making informed decisions about study and career choice. The more information you have, the better your chances are to make a sound and informed decision.
Our next Open Day day will take place on Friday 29 July 2011. If you are interested in studying further, you can't miss this opportunity.
